CTM Run - Firm Supply to consume Capacity only

HI All,

Currently we are uploading Planned order in ECC (as out put of legacy system) for a particular material group.

These planned orders will be sent to APO . Now as a business requirement , During CTM Run , these firm supply should not consume upstream components but does consume Capcity only.

Need help to add custom logic & BADI/EXIT to be used.
